| | | | | | | | | | | The Summer of Love Orchestra has been brought together under the musical direction of Helen Fitzgerald using players from Britain’s foremost Music Conservatoires and comprises of two violins, one viola, one Cello, Trumpet and Trombone.
This extremely versatile and talented group of musicians have toured with many internationally acclaimed artistes including Meatloaf, Alice Cooper, Rod Argent, Colin Blunstone, David Gates, Garry Brooker and Barry Manilow. They have also toured for a number of years with Chris de Burgh and have recorded two albums with him.
They have appeared on numerous television, radio, and video productions and more recent notable engagements have included the launch of the Eurovision Song Contest, The G8 Summit of World Leaders, The UNESCO Gala in Düsseldorf, The AXA Final Ball at Wembley Stadium and Coronation Street’s 40th Birthday Party.
