The Summer of Love
The ultimate Psychedelic 60’s show
Turn on; Tune In (A musical trip that changed the world)

The Summer of Love show is full of some of the world’s greatest pop songs ever written and will surely take you back to those kaleidoscope days of the psychedelic 60’s.
A period of Free Love and Flower Power; from the mini skirt to the mini car when Carnaby Street was the Fashion Capital of the world and San Francisco was home to the Flower People. This was time for change in every aspect of our social life and none more so than in the world of music.

Both here and in the USA, music was breaking new boundaries. The Beatles had found the Maharishi and recorded Sgt. Pepper and bands like Pink Floyd, The Beach Boys, Procol Harum, Amen Corner, The Move, Mamas & the Papas, Scott McKenzie, Blood Sweat & Tears, Small Faces, Walker Bro’s, Joe Cocker, Moody Blues, Kinks were just a few contributing to this new Psychedelic Phenomenon.
The music from this unique 60’s show is performed by the New Amen Corner and features the musically acclaimed 6-piece Summer of Love Orchestra (under the direction of Helen Fitzgerald)

Whiter Shade of Pale, Little Help From My Friends, Let’s Go to San Francisco, Bend Me Shape Me, California Dreaming, Jesamine, Young Girl, Flowers In The Rain, Waterloo Sunset, If Paradise Is Half as Nice, Happy Together, Out of Time, Itchycoo Park, See Emily Play,Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Anymore, Nights In White Satin, All you Need Is Love.
